The Gift Certificate you received is a "non-reloadable prepaid" certificate, meaning the initial value is set by the person who purchased the certificate. Additional funds cannot be added later. The Gift certificate is "vendor specific" which means the certificate can only be used at the vendor specified on the certificate. Like most gift certificates when you are ready to pay, present the printed certificate or digital claim code to the cashier and retain your receipt. Each time you make a purchase, that amount is automatically deducted from the balance. It is best to personally keep track of your balance.
Lost or stolen certificates are not replaceable.
The initial value of your certificate will be included in the email confirmation. You can also log on to www.caymangiftcertificates.com to check your balance.

Take your printed certificate or digital copy to the vendor listed on your certificate. Each time your certificate is used for a purchase, that amount is automatically deducted from your balance. To make a purchase in an amount greater than the available balance, you will need to use a second form of payment (credit certificate, debit certificate, cash or check) to cover the difference.
You can make purchases using your gift certificate until you have used the full value of the certificate.
You can use your certificate at any of the vendor locations as specified on your certificate.
